Christy and Mike Aldredge of Milton, GA announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Carroll Aldredge to Andrew William Cody, son of Patrice D. Knight of Rock Hill, SC and the late Richard D. Knight and Charles Michael Cody of Pineville, NC.

Miss Aldredge is a 2002 graduate of Milton High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Mississippi where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She is employed as a Retail Manager with Bebe stores in Charlotte, NC and with the Carolina Panthers where she is a Co-Captain of the TopCats cheerleaders. She is the granddaughter of the late George and Rosemary Spittle and the late Allyn Thomas Carroll of Charlotte,NC and H.C. "Buddy" and Jean Aldredge of Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Cody is a 2003 graduate of Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, SC. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Retail and Sports Management from the University of South Carolina. He is employed as an Assistant Manager with Wal-Mart in Charlotte, NC. He is the grandson of Janet Foley and the late William Foley of Tinton Falls, NJ and the late Charles and Clara Cody of Lincroft, NJ.

An August 2012 wedding is planned at The Cloister on Sea Island, GA.
